We were contacted by a woman who had recently forgotten her pass code for her I Phone and whilst guessing it she had managed to lock herself out of it for 1 month. She explained to us that her phone was very important to her as she needed it for work and to contact her friends and family. We were told that she was a very committed member of the local social club and she therefore needed her phone to know when events were happening. She had told us that she had already lost contact with a few of her friends and therefore had missed out on going round for some dinner parties and lunch time affaires. This had hurt our client to find out how she had been dropped so quickly by her supposed friends and she desperately needed to get back onto the social scene to regain her social status.

We suggested to the client that she back-up all of the importation on her phone so is this problem arises again she would be able to go on with life as if nothing would of happened as she would have a copy saved on another device.
